Floor plan V1.0 - 230m² private home for 3-4 people

I have now made a first draft of our future home. I would be interested in your ideas/notes/criticism.

Plot: Not available yet

Number of stories: 2 stories plus attic

Roof type: gable roof

Requirements of the builders:

Basement, floors: no basement planned

Number of people, age: 3-4: M/F/C (+C), 32/29/0.5

Office: family use or home office? Home office father

Conservative or modern construction: modern

Open kitchen, kitchen island: if it fits, dining table + living room in the same room

Number of dining seats: 6

Fireplace: not desired, since underfloor heating is preferred

Balcony, roof terrace: yes, between bedroom & office in the middle of the roof structure

Garage, carport: garage included

Utility garden, greenhouse: currently not planned

Other wishes/special features/daily routine, also reasons why this or that should or should not be: bright living space

What do you particularly like? Why?

[*]Direct connection of the garage so you don’t have to change buildings (American example)
[*]Large windows for bright apartment.
[*]Relatively few doors apartment

The upper floor is missing - and planning a house without land is not particularly wise.

Uh :) thanks for the hint - I have added the image. The fact that the property is missing is of course not very productive, but currently there is little prospect in our area ([Kreis Karlsruhe]).

Then it makes even less sense to plan the house... ;) Especially with the size of the building, there are already some requirements for the plot of land, which certainly not every one of the few available plots meets.

At that point, one makes a jagged arrow pointing downwards in mathematical proofs ... and stops working on it.

Secretly, I find the draft quite interesting but at the same time downright extravagant. Have you already thought about the budget?
