Hello everyone,

could you please take a look at our floor plans and then tell us what we can improve.

What is necessary:

Ground floor: Study, guest toilet with shower.
Upper floor: 3 children's rooms, master suite

We have also planned the garage, the garage is located on the side wall of the guest toilet (north side).

We have changed the children's bathroom, The children's bathroom will have 2 sinks and a 90*90 shower so that the room is not too cramped.

The plot is a plot with building encumbrance. That's why we have the L-shape here.

Do you like the open living-dining-kitchen area of 45.5 sqm?

Do we need to install a partition wall there?

Thanks for your feedback

Regards

Please upload a furnished floor plan and not an installation plan.

But the floor plan issue is already settled anyway… (topic "air pump"… building permit…)

I can't really make out much on the plans. So only this much: Where do you put jackets and shoes of parents plus 3 children? In the hallway there is - as far as I can see - no space for that.

Quickly after the first look: How do you want to place the bed in the parents' bedroom? It would be good to draw in all the furniture for an evaluation.

Yes, mark the furniture clearly!

Is there enough space for a sufficiently large kitchen?
Do the wardrobes fit into the dressing room without covering the window?

Without really judging the furniture badly, but the following stands out: - Kitchen very small - Child 1 .. the appendix ... as said furniture - both bathrooms .. please also as any plan changes dictate, especially children's bathroom bathtub with opposite washbasin/toilet on 2 m width, where there will still be construction walls is quite tight - Parent area to the right and left of the dressing room window there are no 60 cm, bed, walking paths - Parents in the south, children's rooms in the north - Stairs look narrow and steep.
