I am also asking with regard to your first drawing. 15 x 11 sqm minus the corner alone results in a living area of approx. 150 - 160 sqm on one floor. This would mean, for example, a living area of 300 sqm + with 2 full stories.

You have to think about your own needs for living space yourselves. The architect cannot speculate on that. Some need it big, others can and want only small. Something else is what you ARE ALLOWED to build; for that, you have to look at the development plan, which is usually available online on the municipal websites.

Hello. I don't know how it is with [Garage], but we also want to build next year and are allowed to place our double carport directly on the property boundary and it is exempt from building application up to 40 sqm. Maybe you can ask about that too.
