No, no, that simply must not be ;-) ... after I saw the photo from Myrna_Loy, it is clearly a "Kati house". Kati is already on the adorable doorbell sign (in my imagination). :)

Nope, not from the market, only from the KA portal. It's still available on the broker's website, now 10k cheaper. If it's gone, then so be it. Although the nice example picture above is of course very tempting. :eek::eek: It has become less interesting, however, due to the (for now) complete elimination of KFW subsidies. Who knows what might come again, at what amount, and if at all.

That's not a 110KV overhead line. That's the connection to the house. Nothing is humming there. Maybe ask the utility company if a new supply over or under the street is planned.
