Nope, not from the market, only from the KA portal. It's still available on the broker's website, now 10k cheaper. If it's gone, then so be it. Although the nice example picture above is of course very tempting. :eek::eek: It has become less interesting, however, due to the (for now) complete elimination of KFW subsidies. Who knows what might come again, at what amount, and if at all.

Have you ever stood quietly on the property? Everyone should shut up for 5 minutes, and then you pay attention to the humming of the overhead line? It doesn't have to bother you, but you should consciously decide about it. That would be something that I think would bother me.

That's not a 110KV overhead line. That's the connection to the house. Nothing is humming there. Maybe ask the utility company if a new supply over or under the street is planned.
