There have already been 200 sqm floor plans for 3 people that have artificial bottlenecks and make every Flair113 look like a spacious palace.
Write down your exact room program. Not bedroom, kitchen, bathroom
but
Bedroom bed dimensions 210x220 cm
At least x centimeters between wall and frame
At least 400 cm wardrobe
etc.
Then take your floor plan and draw the furniture to scale.
For tables, please make sure there are at least 80 cm between the table edge and the wall/wardrobe.
Direct walking paths, sight lines appear more spacious than a slalom
