For (including prefabricated house builders) general contractor contract planners, the answer to question 1 is that one will meet with little sympathy when requesting the additional service "design variants as cannon fodder for counting rhymes."

In my opinion, you are mistaken in assuming that these are two separate things. In fact, an apparently merely taste-based harmony between client and provider is a fairly reliable indicator that this will also apply to equipment, construction execution, and business conduct.

Would you like to elaborate on that, or must I die dumb?

We actually took a closer look at our preferred company through the floor plans on their website, as they are one of the few that show a utility room as an outbuilding.

How can an objective quality like the wall structure correlate with subjectively assessable floor plans?

Well, I think I don’t need to explain the discussion about solid construction vs. wood frame construction with all its advantages and disadvantages....

For us: indoor climate, ecological background, we like wood, I grew up in one, simple installations on the wall, faster assembly/shorter crane time/no drying times ...

Don't you have any screed? Where does your solid wood come from?

No, no concrete slab poured either.....
#weird question weird answer

Masonry and plastering work have a completely different duration, it can rain straight through for weeks, etc...

But as I said, I will not provide any further justification regarding the type of house.
