Floor plan for a single-family house, corner plot, gable roof, hallway

Hello everyone,
I've already read a lot here and looked at floor plans. We now want to start building in the summer. With a local construction company and the associated architect. It is our first house, and since it is an expensive matter, we want to do everything right. So what do you think about the floor plan? The hallway in the attic is too narrow for us, but maybe we are wrong. And a laundry chute would also be nice, but where to put it?
There will be 2 children's rooms (office due to building regulations).
The plot is a 514 sqm corner lot and completely flat. It must be a gable roof and we have already maximized the height.
We are 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 9). The basement is intended for a hobby area and only a bathroom preparation is planned, possibly for later.
We are grateful for ideas and suggestions.

What I miss are storage rooms. At least on the ground floor, ideally also on the upper floor.
The kitchen feels very uncomfortable being so large and has very long walking distances. Proper kitchen layout must definitely be planned right away.
The staircase next to the front door has already been frequently discussed and criticized here.
What comes to mind spontaneously is a landing staircase in the area of the current wardrobe, wardrobe next to the current WC (possibly with storage room and WC next to the kitchen).
Why are there no windows on one side of the dining and kitchen area (west side)?

so 2 storage rooms are down in the basement. On one side there is no window because a piece of inherited furniture is supposed to go there which is 2m long. The layout of the kitchen is not decided yet. But we wanted consciously a lot of space because until now we have a very narrow kitchen of 3.5 m length and it is too small for us when more than one person is in the kitchen. Ceiling height on the ground floor is 2.75m and upper floor 2.65m. It cannot go higher because the building authority says: no, building boundary reached.

If you draw a wood stove next to the chimney flue on the ground floor, it will become tight in this area.

You have clear ceiling heights of 251 and 238... at least the latter you should strongly question.
