Quick question: the garage set back like that, does it have to be? I would find it really a shame if such a bulky thing fills up the garden in the back.

I don't like the one with the garage, or rather, I don't understand it. Why the jump out? Why a width of 4.26 for the gate? The garage seems to be planned for only one car, so why not rather stay with the standard and maybe just add a meter on one side.
