Unfortunately not. Quite crazy, today a difficult-to-build towel and in the past there was a house (small house), stables, barn, etc. Of course, the fire protection requirements make sense. Otherwise, the whole place would have burned down before the fire brigade arrives. That also happened in the past. Still, more flexibility would not be bad.

With the bay window on the upper and ground floor, an additional room will be created, either a children's room or an office. So far, we have assumed that a semi-detached house would fit the plot even worse than this. We welcome any idea.

I don't remember anymore. It was a narrow long plot of land. Fire protection wall, discussions about what is allowed e.g. through skylights etc. I always have to think of your village nearby. Narrow long plots, house, utility buildings, barns all lined up on the boundary

I'm not so sure about that. The building services are brighter than the office/kids' room. The staircase has daylight, the bathroom does not. One apartment only has a balcony. The garden is part of the planning, it is living space, especially with children. What kind of roof have you planned?

How long can the building structure be in total?
Where do you want to store [Mülltonnen, Autoreifen, Dekoartikel und Co]?
