Then go across the big pond. There, this is standard up to 7 stories high. I also think in Scandinavia. An architect should have written it like that??? I was under the impression that something completely new was being tested here. I only know galvanized steel sheet profiles. Aluminum is new to me.I haven't used "timber stud walls" for many years. I suppose what is meant are, I would say, "standard" lightweight walls with sheet metal profile construction. Here, the OP should have reasonably explained why, in some places, "squared timber" is apparently preferred as the framework – does he want to build these himself, and leave the sheet metal ones to the professionals ("trained" I don't want to say) drywallers?
