Floor plan and orientation of gable roof house: Experiences?

I think that the 300000 including ancillary construction costs have to cover it? Am I correct in that?

The ancillary construction costs are not included in this estimated budget, nor is the garage, only the building services. We are still at the beginning of the planning, as you can tell. The recommendations here are therefore worth their weight in gold to us.
