Yes, I will ask the building authority again. On one day of the week, it is possible to get free information from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. if you appear in person. Here again for clarification: Baustufe II/2, normal residential area, thus floor area ratio factor 0.209 (development plan of my area) My house = 122m² Plot 800m²*0.209=167.2 buildable 167-122=45m² remaining building area (which is unfortunately probably only suitable for a tiny house!) If I divide the plot (2 times 400m²) then 400 / 400*0.209=83.6m² Sounds better already. But with that, my share of 400m² (plot) with 122m² (house) would be significantly overbuilt! Therefore, it will certainly not be permissible to split the plot (half/half), since for a house of 122m² a minimum plot size of 580m² would be required. (580*0.209=121,...) I am also happy to do a drawing, but now it should be clear what I mean.
