Flat roofs should actually be inspected regularly. Since there is now a new regulation regarding fall protection, it can be expensive in terms of securing it. If you haven't seen any weak points and it is still watertight, I wouldn't do anything at the moment. Better save the money.
I have two houses in construction phase 2 with timber frame and flat roof. One with seemingly 0% roof pitch already doesn’t look happy anymore and the others (this time the immediate right neighbor) have at least a roof pitch of a few % (under 10).
I would be interested to know about the insulation in summer? Is it cooler or warmer! We have a cold roof with 20cm concrete, it only gets warm through the windows if the blinds are not down. How is it with you?

Well, basically we are satisfied. We also don’t see any mold or stains etc.
We also know that the flat roof is not the ultimate solution, and the same goes for the wood.
