Flat roof warranty expired, what to do or do nothing?

We have constructed the middle section of our wooden house with a flat roof - including gravel and greenery. The beam layer is of course correspondingly closer and stronger, and that also costs a bit extra, like everything that makes the structural stability better. It is not the material "wood" that counts, but the execution.
