I can only urgently recommend again, have a suitable expert take a look on site. And give them all the photos and data you have beforehand. The anchors/... and the edge distances of the screws... do not look good... But as I said, I really cannot assess all of this remotely with the data/photos currently available!

Hello , I see it exactly the same way. The holes were probably even made with a hammer drill, so the chambers are also damaged! Actually, drilling in hollow blocks should be done without hammer function, there are special drills and processing guidelines from the screw manufacturers for that. If I were you, as long as there is still a warranty, I would contact the window fitter or the general contractor (GC) to consider re-anchoring. In this process, the fixed glazing must be removed anyway, then drainage can also be checked at the same time. When the fixed glazing is removed, please take the time to look at the edge of the fixed glazing to see if the inner pane is double with a foil in between!! Regards Thorben Müller

Thank you very much for your tips, with which I can now enter the conversations with the house construction company somewhat "pre-educated." It just won’t be as easy as you write. Don't believe that you can just contact them and say: I have pictures of the shell construction here and it seems as if the assembly was not done properly, and the people in the forums also see it that way, so please come and fix it properly. They will screw you over. First, there will anyway be the delaying tactics again, some stalling, making you wait for an inspection appointment, etc. They will resist everything to avoid costs. The only chance I really have – and luckily this is undeniably a defect and cannot be denied – is to have the moisture ingress fixed. And if work becomes necessary through that, where you can then look at the anchoring, that would be my leverage to possibly have something improved there as well. That’s the reality...

They won't even do that if you come with "mimimi, those on the internet said so." Look here, forum search, keywords defect notification, defect complaint, and then write formally and with a deadline, registered mail with return receipt and so on. Appointments with witnesses and protocol, do you really have to explain all that "on foot"? - the forum is full of threads with similar topics, has categories and a search function!
