Here are the photos taken in daylight. I can't get a full shot from the outside because I am standing on a ladder to take the photo. Unfortunately, I also cannot answer questions about the concealed parts (in/under the frame, under the windowsill, etc.). The house was simply built, and sometimes you only see things during construction, but many things only become visible once it is finished and standing there.

Oh, and I also checked the end caps, they are clear. What I noticed is: some of the sheet metal screws on the windowsill were not properly tightened and none except one of these screws had a plastic washer underneath...

Hello,
now the pictures are better.
So, I would now guess the clogging of the emergency drainage, as can be seen after enlarging the picture.
There are already deposits visible.

What exactly do you mean by that? The caps on the outside? They are free. And would that be repairable?

Repairable: Yes, no problem, it's actually a small matter.

It was glazed on site, since it is a fixed glazing, only the block bridges and the plastic glass supports are incorrectly mounted/placed. I don't have it in mind, how old are the windows??
