I had the chance to witness live during construction how different the requirements are. We changed our minds on 3 windows from roller shutters to venetian blinds. The wall structure, where the roller shutter box is usually recessed, is different. The recesses above the windows for the boxes were now bricked up again. The venetian blinds are probably delivered directly by the window manufacturer and installed as a whole? I didn't quite understand exactly either. But you can't just switch them out like that. You either have to want it and happen to have a lot of money, or you do it together with new windows and an accompanying façade renovation.
Roller shutters and blinds are clearly different systems, and the boxes for them are as different as day and night. But with [Screens] and [Rollo], which both roll up onto a roll, I would say that you don’t have to change the box here, so the effort is therefore limited.
Ah, we're talking about those textile curtains on the outside? OK, I have no experience to contribute. I keep getting confused with all the technical terms - especially since they are sometimes used for different things in different parts of Germany.
