I see the charm in buying a condominium now, as well as in continuing to save and wait. We don’t know her, how are we supposed to give a recommendation? Personally, I would make that dependent on what kind of property I can buy, what is being offered to me. If that fits, then there is absolutely nothing against it, but buying just for the sake of buying, just because interest rates are low, I would advise against.

If the relationship is still so young, wait.

What kind of criterion is that supposed to be? There are also people who get divorced after 20 years of marriage.

Slowly, someone really needs to turn off HilfeHilfe, this is just awful.

HilfeHilfe, don't you really want to see that? I'm asking quite reasonably, nothing sensible comes, really, nothing comes!

After 20 years of marriage, one can usually sell a house without any lasting debts. Without knowing the thread creators personally, young relationships usually don’t last that long, especially if they have never really lived together, have no children yet, and so on and so forth. Exceptions prove the rule

In my personal opinion: Yes, when the children are there.
