We have the same one, just as a "four-tower" =)

And are there any regulations about where it can be placed? Can it stand directly next to the heater or under the fuse box, basically anywhere there is space, or do certain distances have to be maintained?

No, it doesn't matter. There are only specifications from the manufacturers regarding the distance, i.e. the maximum cable length between inverter and battery. Tendentially, such a battery does not like to freeze, so it should not be placed in a completely cold environment.

Distances are only specified for the electrical connection and distribution boxes in the respective TAB.

Would you say the statement "the topic of photovoltaic batteries (similar to heat pumps) in private households is still relatively new in our regions and the building regulations have not yet caught up" is correct?

No, we would not say that.

You have already read often enough that LiFePO does not pose any special danger and therefore does not need to be considered separately.

There are also no special dangers with gas heaters. And yet there are certain regulations. I don't want to demonize the battery either, on the contrary, I myself intend to use one. But precisely in our regions there are regulations and requirements for EVERYTHING. Only not for this? That's why the question.
