Hello everyone,
I hope my topic belongs in this forum section, otherwise I ask the moderator to move it correctly. Thank you
So now to my question:
Our property is a hammer lot in the second row.
The access to our property is 49m (L) and 3m (W). However, the house is on the opposite side of the property.
This means that the distance from the entrance to the house is about 67m (first house side).
Now I have heard from different sources that the access to the property must be less than 50m, otherwise a fire department access with hydrants and turning possibilities must be created on the property. Since our access is 49m, there is currently no problem.
But I have also heard from another source that the house may be a maximum of 50m from the entrance (including the access). Here we would then have a slight problem…
The federal state is Brandenburg. Does anyone have exact information on how this matter is to be handled?
Thank you very much for your answers.
Best regards Scum
