Where is the uncertainty in the approach?

Since I thought I didn't have to finance anything, I didn't deal with the topic at all. What way do you suggest for me? First of all to an energy consultant?

Well, you first have to find out where the additional cost for kfw55 lies. Can your construction company roughly answer that for you? Or is that already fulfilled with the current insulation and technology? Then find a bank that does it without another loan. In my case, Raiffeisen banks and savings banks would be interested. Then see if you can provide other collateral besides a land register entry (e.g., savings in a fixed deposit). Because a land register entry costs money. And either simultaneously with the bank or beforehand, find an energy consultant who does it at a reasonable price. The range of offers for me was a factor of 2. And see if they have to calculate many thermal bridge details, etc., that also costs extra.

OK thanks to you. According to the construction company, the building already complies with KfW 55. The structural engineer who will calculate the building anyway would do the verification for around 800 euros, I think the price is fair. But I think I won't get around the land register entry...

800 euros for a complete energy consultation kfw55? Act fast before your structural engineer finds out the market prices...

Everything will have been calculated, only the proof costs an extra €800 at the construction company. This way no additional effort, the customer stays with the company. Small extra earnings.
