Consumption behavior? How long have you had this salary and how much equity do you have specifically?

Now let's get down to business... what is this dithering about, either you are going to be helped or not. Since you were rejected twice, there must be a reason! You can't go to a lawyer and tell him to represent you for bodily injury while keeping the other 10 offenses from him! If you did the same with your financial advisor, then that is definitely the reason!

Do you perhaps have a bad Schufa entry that you might not even be aware of yourself? You should check it from time to time, because mistakes can happen and incorrect information may appear.

You should say that you have, for example, 100k equity, but are only contributing 25k. That way it will go through as well. Play with open cards. Unfortunately, I don't know what such a bank rejection looks like. What exactly does it say word for word? Have you called the bank and asked for the details?

But there is a difference between a bank advisor and an online forum. I don't have to provide my complete account with transactions and savings deposits in a forum.
Of course, our bank advisor has all the documents and information.

, We have checked that and there is nothing negative in it.

We received the rejection by phone from our advisor at Interhyp. And he told us about the 75,000 security, which he himself could not understand. He said it might be because there is currently a change of management at this savings bank and therefore everything is a bit stricter at the moment.
