I could quickly enter it into my comparison calculator. But I need a few additional data (exact installments) and can then send every repayment plan. Interested? ([Keine Werbung! Kein Missbrauch!]) I need: - loan amount - interest rates and fixed interest period - drawdown plan (alternatively: 100% disbursement on day 1) - grace years without repayment (KFW loans) - repayment subsidy included? - KfW child construction allowance? - the installments of each loan - I assume everything is annuity-based.

After a long struggle with numerous credit institutions, we have finally received the financing commitment.
Partially outrageous statements, for example from HVB. It felt like they were looking for reasons not to finance it.

Allianz will be it.
380,000T€ (120T€ KFW)
1.28% - 25 years
0.65% KFW55 (the application to KFW was a few days late, otherwise we could have secured 0.45%).
Special repayment 5% p.a.
Repayment rate change 2x
Return up to 10% of the principal loan.

HVB was a disaster in my case. Unfortunately.

No, creditworthiness is very good.
Reasoning in times of Corona.
HVB told me that individual allocation with an architect, for example, is not possible, which is complete nonsense. Just to give one example

Hello Piotr,

congratulations on completing the financing. That should be roughly the amount we also need to finance.

How is it that the interest rate on the main loan for 25 years is even lower than in the initial post with 20 years fixed interest? I thought Corona was pushing interest rates up slightly.

Would you like to say something about your income situation? How was the equity?

Were you only with HVB and Allianz?

Thanks in advance and best regards
