What else do you want to pacify in a cemetery? Are you afraid of the undead?

It won’t be a chain link fence anyway, we’re taking a steel mesh fence.
You are allowed to fence up to 2m high, but we will only take 1.60m.

By the way, it doesn't say anywhere that someone has to contribute to the costs of a fence.... It only says that as an owner you have to build a fence if the neighbor demands it. You have to pay for it yourself – you also decide exactly what kind of "enclosure" you want to build.

The ones at the cemetery probably won't need a fence and therefore won't demand one either.
