Hello!

In our bathroom, I am planning two above-counter basins (bowls) on a countertop. Now I am just looking for a suitable faucet. To match the floor-mounted faucet of our freestanding bathtub, I would like a similar shape (like, for example, Grohe Cosmopolitan, the round curved one).

The problem with most faucets is the lever. If the faucet is placed in the middle behind the basin, you can no longer reach it properly, or the lever hits the basin. At least, I believe so.

So far, I have only found one faucet (also no-name) where the lever is higher up, but the spout reach is too short. I don’t really want wall-mounted faucets, I don’t trust myself for that. And at the plumber, it gets too expensive. And it is too inflexible in case I want a different basin later and maybe the height no longer fits.

Does anyone here maybe know a similar faucet specifically for mounting behind above-counter basins?

Best regards,
Daniel

Round/curved is of course difficult to impossible. With "not round" you then have the agony of choice among all manufacturers (we once had the Hansgrohe Axor Stack X - it was a great faucet).

If you are looking for [Waschtischarmatur für Aufsatzbecken], you should be presented with a lot of options. However, you should be willing to spend some money to get quality.

Unfortunately not in that form. I only find no-name brands. For example, search for "Erhöhte Waschtischarmatur Cornwall" at Hornbach. Something like that, just with more projection and preferably from a brand. I can't find anything.

So I find quite a lot there. Just go on Google Images. If there is nothing there, I don't know either.

Have you read the issue that the lever must not be down?
