Yes, I have thought about it too. But [Frau] has fallen in love with sinks that swing upward on the side. That makes it inconvenient.

The side mounting would also have solved the problem with the [Waschtischunterschrank]. It is 47cm deep, and it gets very tight with the above-counter basin and faucet. So I have to prop up the [Waschtischunterschrank] at the back by another 5-10cm.

I completely overlooked that. Yes, but it’s too expensive for me. I can’t do it myself, and the plumbers naturally charge a lot. Besides, there is currently no pre-wall planned, and with a built-in faucet one would be necessary, right? It is a load-bearing 17.5 cm interior wall.
