External insulation with wood fiber boards on OSB boards

They want me to put wood fiberboards and then plaster on them. Only the thing is, they say their wood fiberboards won’t stick to OSB.

OK, as I said, I'm not an expert in timber construction. Have you already obtained the wood fiber insulation boards? I read again and it seems that you actually cannot just glue all wood fiber insulation boards. However, it does work with special screw anchors or stainless steel clips, even on OSB (at least with the StoTherm Wood system). I wouldn't have you install them now. Doing so would void the warranty. Especially with insulation, you have to work very precisely, otherwise you will have thermal bridges and possibly also nice channels for condensation water or something.
