So far, we only pay per acceptance. And yes, we receive a written report including photos.

One could save on an expert if building with a freelance architect, right? In other words: The costs incurred for an architect would have to be reduced by the costs for an external expert in a comparison (self-contracting with architect vs. BU). Correct?
