Oh, some architects can do it too. Are they also liable if they haven't checked properly?

To be honest, I don't know. I can't imagine it.

Is the TÜV or an architect from the Bauherren-Schutzbund liable for that?

I think so. They get paid a lot for that. It would be stupid if they didn't.

We are with the Bauherren-Schutzbund. Our expert charges about €290 per visit. We then decide how often we need it. Sometimes, two acceptance visits are done in one go. He has been here 3 times so far. We are now just before the screed.

Whether you get a good price-performance ratio depends on the respective expert. A good one is worth his money, a bad one obviously is not.

We did that through the TÜV.
600 € are due per inspection. There were a total of 5 with us (including the basement). Two were already included in the price by the GU.
We would recommend it to everyone.

So you paid Evolith per acceptance? Did you also have to pay a one-time fee for something?
Did you receive a detailed report?
Does he confirm in writing that the acceptance is okay and you can pay the next invoice?

Between 600 and 290€ is a huge difference. If they do the same work..
