Thank you very much for all your feedback! Unfortunately, I have only just gotten around to replying.
So far, I have not worried about the wall thicknesses. Here in the building area and also with friends who are currently building, I have seen many wall constructions similar to the ones planned for us. Basically, I trust the structural engineer on this, but I will bring up the topic again. So far, nothing is fixed.
Of course, nothing in the electronics is planned to be surface-mounted. We also did not choose the clinker to simulate solidity.
I know the U-value calculator and have already used it. Naturally, the values change, but I cannot interpret them because I lack the technical expertise. The values are as follows:
Exterior wall with WLG 035: 0.133 W/m²K (originally planned)
Exterior wall with WLG 032: 0.124 W/m²K
Floor slab with 160mm: 0.129 W/m²K (originally planned)
Floor slab with 80mm: 0.174 W/m²K
The floor construction of the ground floor will look as follows:
reinforced strip foundation with 64cm height
reinforced base slab with 16cm height
beneath the base slab perimeter insulation made of extruded rigid foam boards optionally in 80mm or 160mm thickness with WLG 038
impact sound/ screed insulation made of Rockwool Floorrock SE WLG 035 at 120mm thickness
underfloor heating
floating cement screed at 70mm thickness
I am grateful for all answers; however, I kindly ask to refrain from fundamental discussions on the topic of KfW40.
