Hello, we are being put off with the complaints. Of course, they first tried to blame us. And currently, we simply hear nothing? I hope that we will finally get some help there. However, I have also seen the sales development after the HR excerpt online - it does not look rosy to me - and maybe it has something to do with the products. But I am not knowledgeable enough about such things. Let's keep our fingers crossed that our complaints will still be resolved. By the way, we installed it floating. That also works with any goods from Asia. All the sadder that with a German product like Wineo (at least in our case) it runs so poorly. Since we ourselves live in East Westphalia, I had hoped not to get such bad goods from Windmöller in Augustdorf. Maybe one just has to go there in person. Wishing you better luck in choosing products.
