Experiences with WIKKA windows?

we already know each other (more or less). Our experiences with WIKKA... Never again. The windows were supposed to arrive in the first week of September - Fa. Wikka was initially unreachable and then admitted that they forgot to order the profiles. Conversation with management - speechless. Then the windows were firmly promised for today - again nobody reachable at first - then information that the profiles are only supposed to arrive at WIKKA today - installation planned for next Tuesday.

Never again WIKKA. Our contact persons were neither reachable nor did we receive any information about the status. The company was extremely unreliable as described. Our basement is full of water, construction has been stalled since early July, and whether the windows will really arrive on Tuesday remains to be seen.

Who has already bought windows there and can report anything about it? Feel free to message me. Thanks

I myself received WIKKA windows. I was with the gentleman from my construction company in Kirrlach and ordered directly. Copies of the plans were made and it was explicitly stated that the windows should be manufactured according to the drawings. After that, the phone calls started, at least with 10 different employees, most of whom wanted to know when they should come for the measurement. We said many times that we are only at the stage of digging the strip foundations. They didn’t understand anything. Regards RW

Our windows have now been installed after 12 weeks of waiting.....
... but at least 50% of them are wrong. Electric motors where they shouldn't be and vice versa. Fully satin-finished windows where none were wanted.
The entire house has triple glazing, only the two fixed windows in the hallway have double glazing by Wikka - makes perfect sense.
Never again!!!

We have now been waiting for over 8 weeks as well, I am curious.

Hello everyone,

I have had 11 windows from Wikka for about 3 months now. Everything worked for me, I came across Wikka through a neighbor whose door was rung by a young man (back then regarding the front door) asking if he had thought about renewing the door. Since he was planning to do so, he made an appointment for a consultation; the next day a gentleman from the company came, advised my neighbor, calculated, and finally my neighbor ordered the door.

Everything went according to plan, the door was installed on time and neatly.

I made my contact with Wikka through the business card of the consultant. It was the same, the gentleman came for a consultation for about 2 hours and I decided to order. Installation took place in September, everything fit perfectly.

If it is financially possible for me, I will also renovate the front door next year.

So I have nothing bad to say about the company, gladly again and again..
