We have had a Silgranit sink in the color ,,Café'' since August and are totally impressed so far, as the sink is very easy to maintain and the water virtually beads off like with a non-stick coating.

We bought the sink on the recommendation of my mom, who has had a sink in ,,felsgrau'' for several years, which still looks like new.

We have Silgranit + Silgranit faucet in Anthracite (also Anthracite countertop) and decided on this because the previous one-year-old new build kitchen as a tenant with stainless steel was already "worn out" (not a great thing...) and my father has had Silgranit in the light version for 20 years. Even if the light ones eventually discolor, with a dishwasher tap you can get them looking like new again overnight.
As my predecessor already said, I can recommend a design that is as simple as possible without many edges and corners.
Silgranit is super easy to care for and always looks better unused than a stainless steel sink. We don’t put hot pots directly on the Silgranit. Either on a trivet or rinse them briefly first.
By the way, these parts are available by the dozen on the Internet if you can/want to install them yourself.

Here is a picture without any cleaning at all (I only briefly removed the wet sponge)

I have a black one from Blanco with a matching faucet (and a fully extendable hose, so it looks like a faucet but at the same time is a "shower"). It looks flush-mounted and good in a matching countertop. However, we only have one large basin, into which a baking tray fits, but without a drainer. We have been satisfied with it for almost 2 years, and cleaning is also easy, including the stainless steel drain, which also looks almost like new every six months with the appropriate cleaner.

We also have one from Blanko, in anthracite or a dark gray. I think it's really great too! You can keep it very clean, much better than the drain and stopper in stainless steel. My mother-in-law has a light one, which is much more sensitive. I also don’t like it visually as much as ours, so it’s not an option anyway. For the kitchen to be planned in the new building, I would choose it again.
