Focis Money tests mWn the business conduct, not the house. Prefabricated houses are usually more expensive than conventional brick houses (exceptions and so on...) Get advice (not talked into something)

Hello community,

you are probably right. I have read through several reviews online, as I always find it useful to hear other people's opinions as well.

Among other things, hidden costs and warranty were very important here.

I mean, as already mentioned here and as the saying goes, you only build once.

We are open to all information regarding this.

And that's why I ask you to share your experiences regarding this.

I read enough here, and as you all already know, you have the agony of choice here.

A provider can tell me a lot. That's why I'd rather hear from people who have experience. What I should pay attention to and maybe also to avoid mistakes that happened to you.

We are in the Ingolstadt area.

Best regards

In any case, have the contract reviewed before signing, for example by the [Bauherren-Schutzbund] or [Verband Privater Bauherren].

Hello
we built with Bien-Zenker. As long as the warranty was still valid (5 years), the damages were fixed with a lot of discussion and threats of lawyers.
But after that, everything is over!!! You don’t even get answers from the company to questions anymore!!!
I strongly advise against a contract with Bien-Zenker!!! Feel free to contact me by private email for more information about their behavior

Good day,

we at Bien-Zenker have read your two postings. Apparently, there is still an unresolved issue with us. It is frustrating for both you and us if the joy of your Bien-Zenker house is limited by unresolved matters.
Please contact us and briefly describe the situation. You can conveniently reach us at the email: s.Keller@bien-zenker.de

Kind regards from Schlüchtern,
Sven Keller
