Experiences with photovoltaic system subsidies?

some time ago we were interested in a photovoltaic system and wanted to install it. However, since the subsidy was supposed to change as of 01.07.2010 and our supplier unfortunately could not deliver before then, we called off the project. Does anyone know anything about the new subsidy and to what extent such a system is now profitable?

A reliable statement can only be made with an economic efficiency calculation. That means effort and costs, provided this is done through independent advice and not by the seller.;)
Mostly, the focus is on the pure aspect of electricity generation (subsidies, feed-in, self-consumption). A previously unconsidered aspect is the shading of opaque roof surfaces, which enables a reduction of room temperatures/cooling loads during the summer heat period. Since the Energy Saving Ordinance is primarily oriented towards primary energy for pure heating operation and the summer thermal protection is severely neglected, there is a rising tendency for an increase in room temperatures/cooling loads during the summer heat period.
Through elevated (ventilated) — not on integrated — photovoltaic surfaces, room temperatures/cooling loads and thus the energy consumption for any necessary cooling, regardless of the type, are reduced. Those who tolerate or accept room temperatures > 24 °C in summer can neglect this aspect.
