We could currently close with the bank, but we don't know exactly how they handle it.
We only know it from acquaintances at the VR Bank. They could simply send an email with pictures of the construction progress and were paid out accordingly.
I don’t want to have to run to the bank/architect for every small invoice. (Small materials, hardware store purchases, partial payments for building materials, etc.)

Hm, oh, so we haven't received any payment yet, but we were told that money is only given based on invoice or progress report from the architect. The second is not a problem for us now.

Yes, that would basically not be a problem for us either.
They have 3 pages of DIN A4 sheets regarding the construction status with them.
These would by far not be sufficient. And you would only be writing with every invoice, or would have to advance payments when collecting invoices.
Yes, we also have to make advance payments; for that, we have our equity capital, which we basically do not have to use as a priority. You can then share your experiences here again.
