These are attractive conditions. What is the loan-to-value ratio?

We are taking out a 320k loan. The land was valued at 147k, the house value was determined by them to be 446k. So 320k on a total volume of 596k.

But of course, these are also very good conditions for such terms

Yes, I certainly do not deny that.
Nevertheless, it was by far the best offer for us.

We finalized with PSD Nürnberg about 3 weeks ago after I had inquired there again regarding the modalities for drawing the loan.

Total requirement was 478k€.

We financed 350k€ at 1.46% with a 15-year fixed interest period and the possibility to change the installment twice.

25-year full repayment was too fixed for us.. (e.g. to be able to reduce it if a child arrives etc)
It would have been at 1.76%.

By far the best offer.

We have drawn 10% of our loan from the psd so far, without any problems
