Hello dear forum,
unfortunately, I have to ask a relatively "stupid" question regarding a heating system operated with a geothermal heat pump...
I am currently planning to build a house. A coworker of mine decided on a heating system with heat recovery and told me that he can/is not allowed to ventilate anymore and that this is regulated by a ventilation system inside the house. This means to me that the windows are no longer allowed to be opened. Is that the case?
My actual question now refers to heating systems operated with a geothermal heat pump. Can I ventilate normally through the windows as in a house heated with oil or gas? Or should this also be avoided with geothermal heat pump systems?
Personally, I can’t imagine opening the window in the morning after getting up... Somehow Google can’t really answer this question for me either.
Maybe you can.
Thank you!
