For small houses with Kfw55 (and who knows how much below/insulated) these are not exactly low consumptions, although not so bad since the demand is low. The problem with the technology is, firstly, that it is difficult to change (with underfloor heating, you can basically replace the heat generator as you like, for example, instead of a gas boiler, put in a heat pump), and secondly, that when it is really cold, the system blows in really hot air, which is very dry.
