Why should the floor plan be so square, what does the plot look like?

Now I am curious about the answers from the construction companies. Whether any of them will be honest and say their opinion.

I hardly believe that if you go there with a finished floor plan, anyone will criticize it or say "that looks shitty." Better go there without a floor plan and say what you need, and then see if the suitable floor plan is developed with you.
