Exhaust air and supply air one above the other?

According to the plan, the supply and exhaust air are estimated to be about 3m apart and not directly above each other. Am I misunderstanding something?

The controlled residential ventilation system (KBE in your case) belongs in such a small utility room under the ceiling or hanging on the wall, then the pipes also don’t take up much space, except where the system is installed anyway.

The plan was for the pipes (AB-/ZU-Luft) to run above and below the system. As shown in the plan, it was designed by me that way. Both are possible. I am now simply looking for the ideal solution considering all eventualities.
