A second residential building is to be erected on the existing plot.
According to the caseworker's statement, either:
- a part of the plot, namely the part facing the edge of the village, is not building land, i.e. farmland (next door is actually farmland...)
- or the development boundary of the village runs across our plot.
Contrary to this is the excerpt from the building code that I uploaded; here the plot is not divided.
