Excavation for the basement, your opinion on the cubic meters

I have not only calculated the 60cm workspace. That is why I also included the slope in the initial post. It is included in the calculation.

It will cost you about 9000 euros to dispose of the soil and about 5000 euros to refill.

We had estimated about 20 TEUR, now 40 are set.

Yes, the excavation is always the biggest unknown when building a house despite soil reports, etc. At least that's what my gut feeling tells me from personal experience and reading here in the forum. We had the first offer at over €50,000, then one at €30,000, and then one at €16,500. We paid just under €18,000 for everything. But at the beginning it was a shock for the calculation.

And we are lucky that our neighbors know so many people locally and thus the "Erdsand" from the farmer is spread on the field. If you have a slope, you can surely use at least part of the excavation for terrain modeling, right?

Our shell builder calculates with a working space of 1.2m on each side.

So presumably 11.2m x 9.60m x 3m = 325cbm + buffer 20sqm + and whatever additional volume arises from the slope at your place. Additionally, there is the loosening of the soil. So everything you now calculate x 1.33. But you can never calculate it that precisely. At my neighbor’s place, they excavated 70cm more over 600sqm without asking because the surveyor miscalculated to his disadvantage.

But I can tell you for sure that it won’t be 330cbm.
