400sqm sounds realistic. but 6 meters house width (outer edge)? even for the terraced house that would be very very tight.

Disposal depends on how much you want to backfill.

Excavation depends on the soil class present. Whether it's a 60-degree slope or 45 degrees makes a difference.

Also, it is not known whether you might need soil replacement.

In the first step, you can assume 7 x 13.5 x 3.00 = 283.5 cbm x cost of excavation/cbm; this gives you an approximate value. The amount will increase depending on the foundation recommendation from the geologist. Then, of course, it depends on the existing soil and the disposal costs charged by the landfill.

Bauexperte slope vertical I come to about 500m3 at 45 degrees.

You need at least 80cm of workspace + slope, so you have to calculate at least 1m in each direction on average. That results in 8 x 14.5 x 3 m³ with gravel and the base slab. In addition, there is a loosening factor, since you cannot pack the soil in the truck as densely as it was in the ground. Depending on the soil, you calculate with a factor of 1.1-1.2. So it will almost certainly be 400 m³ if the soil is not otherwise stored on the property ([den Mutterboden kann man ja eigentlich immer gebrauchen für die Gestaltung der Außenanlage]).

That's why I said 400m3 - just the working space and sloping are often forgotten to be calculated, and then people wonder why it gets more expensive later on.

We had a nearly 90-degree slope on sandy soil - also in some parts only 50cm of working space in the area of a cellar neck. The shell builder was VERY glad when the hole was finally closed and the BG had not shown up yet.
