He is not wrong, though, and I say that very rarely. Overall, it reads as if you have targeted the company because of the price and are not very open to constructive criticism or skepticism. However, you should definitely take off the rose-colored glasses when it comes to an investment that represents a significant portion of many people's entire working lifetime income. If you want a more sensible assessment besides this skepticism in the forum, you will have to provide a bit more information. Without knowing the exact contents of the construction service description, no one can properly classify the price, but it does sound suspiciously cheap. Nobody here wants to do you any harm. Many people commenting here have already had some experience.

Well, it is possible, actively and systematically. I do this kind of thing professionally and also let my posts here reveal how it works – I’m just boiling with water too, no magic.

But it could have been that the providers did – of course not in this extreme.

But that would have been advisable, and you should have already been able to read that from me. You let all those asked respond to the same question, otherwise you always somehow get an apples-to-oranges comparison. Either a design X, and providers A / B / C should refer to it; or a model from A is also used as the benchmark for B and C for comparison.

Oh pardon, I was thinking of SH here, where the experience focus lies according to Nordlys’ reports. In BB there are partly other players, among others, KB Brandis would come to my mind.

Don’t waste time on this philosophical research. Just understand my hint of an indicator for still credibly low-cost building as meaning to meet even lower offer prices with the "initial suspicion of a suggested skepticism." Apart from possibly promotional offers, I only trust calculations below Town & Country if derived with the utmost transparency on how they intend to comply.

We have already talked about both TMs (Team Massiv as well as TöMei) several times. The latter, I think, are a notch pricier.

We built with TöMei. At first glance, they are not the cheapest in the field, but they have a very solid description of construction services and do not necessarily score poorly in the price comparison when all services are included. However, I don't think they build that far away, if BB stands for Baden-Baden?

Brandenburg (BB) and Berlin (BE) are still not united federal states (I wouldn't want that from Brandenburg's perspective either, Berlin is not that sexy given how poor it is). And in Baden-Baden, Town & Country is probably even more expensive than in Böblingen ;-)

Evening everyone,

to clear up a few misunderstandings here:
Yes, the price from TMH also seems very cheap to me. There was already another post from me about this, which only referred to certain very cheap features like facing brickwork or geothermal energy.

Actually, I was hoping more for concrete indications of what might possibly be overlooked in TMH's price.
Or even for concrete experiences from builders who recently built with them. Ideally in BB (Brandenburg).
And no, I don’t want to sugarcoat anything and I haven’t fixated on it either. Nevertheless, the offer initially appears cheap. Having it checked by an expert was already on my plan anyway.
I might also take a look at TöMei if they build in our region.

Unfortunately, there are relatively few posts here about concrete experiences with TMH and even fewer recent ones or concerning the region.
However, I am still interested in that.

What kind of hints do you want given the few details you have provided here? The price is simply too low for every position you mentioned.
