But that would have been advisable, and you should have already been able to read that from me. You let all those asked respond to the same question, otherwise you always somehow get an apples-to-oranges comparison. Either a design X, and providers A / B / C should refer to it; or a model from A is also used as the benchmark for B and C for comparison.

Just understand my hint of an indicator for still credibly low-cost building as meaning to meet even lower offer prices with the "initial suspicion of a suggested skepticism." Apart from possibly promotional offers, I only trust calculations below Town & Country if derived with the utmost transparency on how they intend to comply.
