Hello everyone,
I have received an offer (attachment) from my general contractor for the earthworks on the property and would kindly ask you to briefly evaluate it according to the following two points:
- Is the price reasonable as it is, or is it worth obtaining additional offers for the work?
- Does the offer cover the most important (costliest) work, or has something been forgotten?
The removal and disposal of the topsoil was deliberately not included in the offer, as we want to use it on the property (2100 sqm) to level or shape it. Are the approximately 200 cubic meters too much to be distributed meaningfully on the property, or is that suitable? Can the excavation be spread around the site using a mini excavator by oneself? The terrain is somewhat uneven and slightly sloping (about 1 meter from north to south if I understand the measurement correctly). I have also attached a map of the property with the surveyor’s elevation measurements.

Thank you very much for your assessments.
