Now I just realize that the apartment I am currently living in has a windowless bathroom. Since we have neither odor nor moisture problems and the bathroom and the mirror are well lit, I almost forgot about it.
After our developer changed the plan from 3 to 4 rooms, the main bathroom also has a small window with frosted glass, overall you don't need a window in the bathroom. I would even have the frosted glass replaced. Our guest toilet is also interior... nobody cares.
Thank you all - by now I'm bothered by the large [WEG] and that it's just the 1st floor and no longer a penthouse. Under my future balcony would also be the underground garage entrance. I am probably every realtor's nightmare... at least in times of low demand (which is not the case)
It's not a large WEG now. I think 15 is still okay. We are 8 but that's rather the exception. You have to like the balcony above the underground garage, however I have the feeling that many architects just quickly sketch something without thinking. After all, they don't have to live in it.
That would be a no-go for the apartment for me. Interior bathrooms I know from all previous rental apartments and with good lighting that was never a problem.
Well, I listen to my gut feeling. The condo is out. Unfortunately, too few points speak in its favor. But by now, through the objects seen so far + your feedback, a clear picture is emerging of what I want & what I don’t want financially & regarding housing. It’s at least progress. As always, thanks
