Hello,

I am still continuing to look regarding the condominium; the last one was nice, but financially felt a bit too much for me.

Now it is like a "sign" from "above" or fate... in one of the first developer projects we considered on our long apartment search journey so far, a condominium has become available again (someone apparently dropped out - bathroom already finished) - this time a 15-unit building. 15 units doesn't sound wrong in terms of cost, but it has a certain stigma because of the homeowners' association and forming an opinion...

What is rather supposedly bad is that there is only an interior bathroom and no guest WC. Although I don’t really need the latter.

Does anyone have experience with interior bathrooms? Maybe it’s just the "thought," since I have always had a window so far. I only know it from hotels...

There is always something...

An interior bathroom does what it is supposed to do. It offers a toilet, shower, etc., it just doesn't have natural light. In new buildings nowadays this is unusual, because - like you - most people would like to have a window. If there is a proper fan installed, it is not a problem. However, this should be reflected in the price, as interior bathrooms are a "disadvantage."

It is reflected less in the price (at least I'm probably still stuck with 2019 prices).... there is always something, man..... slowly enough to run away from it.... :-/.

in multi-family houses, some room just has to be located inside. I can understand it... but it doesn't make it better. although there are also nice pictures of such bathrooms - lighting can do a lot there.

Show me the floor plan! I don't mind an interior bathroom if it's designed modernly and has good lighting.

I have two of them and no problem, as long as the ventilation is well regulated. In my bathtub bathroom, the electrician (or whoever installed it) was very thorough. The ventilation runs for 10 minutes afterwards and roars so loudly that you can hardly sleep next door. But I guess it’s all a matter of settings.

At least there would be the advantage that there is a storage room between the bathroom & bedroom. Do you live in an [ETW Tolentino]?
