Example: At Hannoversche, by increasing equity by €2800, I get a -0.3% better interest rate for 20 years compared to 10 years, also at Hannoversche o_O Although the terms are apples VS. oranges, I’m happy to pay a bit more in interest for more convenience over a longer period... But that is due to the recovering economy after Corona. It was foreseeable though. Nothing will fall either. Autumn will be interesting. However, I think we will take the UK as an example.
