Hello, we are going to buy a condominium. We would like to know what costs will come up for us for the following "improvements," the apartment is 90 sqm:

- Floors: instead of vinyl (35 Euro/sqm) we want proper parquet
- Tiles: 30 Euro/sqm

- Bathroom: second washbasin
- Washing machine goes into the storage room
- High-voltage connection for the stove in a different location
- The usual additional sockets
- Remote control for the garage (instead of key operation)
- The door openers have a preparation for a video system - we want to use this

What costs should we expect?

What kind of parquet? You can't say that in general.
Tiles €30/sqm? Do you mean what the total costs will be later and the €30 is just the tile price?
Second washbasin - in a completely different location or next to the "first" one? We had to pay €750 for a second connection. Then we declined and split the one connection with a T-piece. I don’t need full pressure on both faucets.
The power connection should not cost anything extra.
Power outlets about €20-50/each

Parquet of good quality - we have oak in mind. Tile price only material price

Washbasin right next to it, I wouldn't need full pressure on both at the same time either.

What could it cost to bring water into the storage room? The upstairs apartment wants this too.

Mosaic parquet I think around 60-80 €/sqm and solid parquet 100-130 €/sqm net.

Cost factors that are unclear:

What do you want to do yourself (material only) and what do you want to have done (material and labor)?
In addition to the "usual extra sockets," is there also a renovation of the fuse box / sub-distribution?
What is the wall structure (cost of sockets if an electrician is commissioned)?
How many "usual extra sockets" are there?
What kind of washbasin should it be (they can vary greatly in cost)?
How should the water pipes be installed?

Sounds to me like a €15K project.

Why don't you just ask the developer?
